-In-Game Item Restore Policy
Bug - We may be able to provide the item that was lost if a support ticket
is sent within 48 hours of the item being noticed missing.
Gem Purchases - If you did not receive the items you purchased with Gems, please submit a ticket request here
Accidental deletions - We apologize but we cannot provide restoration to items that have been accidentally deleted or sold.

- 公式によるワイプでない場合
まず公式のニュースを調べ、ワイプ(データの全削除)が実施されていないか確認してください。
もしワイプがなかったにも関わらずデータやアカウントが消失した場合は、サポートへデータの復旧を要求してください。
ただし、必ずしも復旧が可能でないことをご了承ください。

Store purchases and game purchases are final. They are not refundable and not able to be exchanged.

プレイ可能なプラットフォーム/機種は？
-What platforms are you planning to support beyond Windows and PS4? Mac? Linux? Xbox?
We're currently focused on Windows (Steam Early Access) and Playstation 4 (Alpha date September >29, 2015). We'd like to add support for Mac and Linux but we won't get there for quite some time - hopefully in early to mid-2016! Xbox One? Because of our relationship with Sony we have no plans at this point but maybe in the far future.

Dungeon Defenders II will never be pay-to-win. One more time: DD2 will never, ever be pay-to-win.
Players will never be able to pay for gameplay advantage. We will be supporting the game using ethical in-game purchases.
We understand how important this is for you, and believe us when we say it's just as important to us.

-Does DD II have Controller Support?
While there's no official controller support functionality yet, we do expect to bring over our PS4 controller support to the PC in the coming months.
In the meantime, our Defense Councillors have created an Xpadder profile that you can use. Get it here.

-Is DD II still a MOBA? Quick answer - No!
No. Dungeon Defenders II was originally going to have a MOBA mode, but after receiving feedback from our community, we decided to kill the MOBA. It's dead. Its corpse was burned to ashes. The ashes were placed into a vessel, pushed to sea and set alight by a flaming arrow shot from the shore. It was beautiful. Lots of flames.
Dungeon Defenders II is an Action Tower Defense game just like the original Dungeon Defenders.
違うよ！元々はMOBAモードも付けるつもりでしたが、皆さんのご意見を元に取り消しました。
殺したうえで灰になるまで焼いちゃいました。その上ビンに詰め海に投げ、炎の矢で撃ちぬいてやりました。超キレイだった。
ということでDungeon Defenders2は、今までのシリーズ同様、アクションタワーディフェンスです。
(当初はMOVAにすると公開したが、ファンの猛反発にあい従来通りの路線で行くことにしました。)

I'm getting an Authentication Error
- 時計の修正
-Time/Date Sync:
Make sure your time and date along with timezone is correct and up to date to the exact time.
Press [Windows Key] + R
Type cmd
Press Ok
Type the following command: net start w32time
Press Enter (This will start the time sync service if it is currently not active.)
Type the following command: w32tm /resync
Press Enter
This will re-sync your clock. If it fails, you may manually have to set your time and date.
- タイムゾーンが正しく設定されているか確認してください。
- また、時計の時刻を修正してください。
- 「Windosキー」＋ R
- 「cmd」と入力(以下カギ括弧不要)
- OKを押す
- 「net(半角スペース)start(半角スペース)w32time」と入力
- エンターキーを押す(これで、現在有効になっていなかった場合時刻同期サービスが開始されます)
- 「w32tm(半角スペース)/resync」と入力
- エンターキーを押す
以上で時計の再同期を行います。これでダメな場合は手動で時刻を設定する必要があります。
- ネットワーク設定で、Google Public DNSを使うように設定する。
稀なケースですが、プレイヤーの利用しているDNSが認証に問題を引き起こすことがあります。

- Family Sharing
Dungeon Defenders 2は共有することができません。
- Family Sharing:
Dungeon Defenders 2 cannot be shared. To disable Family Sharing, log into the Steam client and visit the "Family" tab in Settings, where you'll find a button to "Manage Other Computers..." Here you can deauthorize any computer or account that's been authorized to share your games. You can also remotely deauthorize devices from the web. To do this visit your Account Details online, and then select "Manage Family Library Sharing". Using either the client or the web site, you can view all currently authorized devices and accounts and disable any or all of them.
Family Sharingを無効にするには、steamクライアント上で以下の操作をしてください。- メニュー「steam」→「設定」
- タブ「ファミリー」
- ボタン「他のコンピューターを管理」
- 画面「ファミリーライブラリシェアリングの管理」が表示されるので、そこでDungeon Defenders2を無効化してください。
- Family Sharing:
- Steamでの名前を変更してみてください。
@, !, >, <, _?や、ウムラウト記号を含まない名前、および3文字以上の名前にしてみてください。
- Steam Name Change:
Please make sure your name doesn't contain any special characters such as @, !, >, <, _? or Umlauts and is longer than 3 characters, as this usually resolve these types of issues.
